15 oz can garbanzo beans
4oz roasted red pepper
3 T. lemon juice
1 ½ T. tahini
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 t. cumin & cayenne pepper
1/4 t. salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chill 1 hour before serving.

8 oz round brie cheese
½ cup walnuts, toasted/chopped
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
Place the brie in dish cover with Walnuts, drizzle the honey over the brie, sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Place dish into a cold oven, turn oven on and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with apple slices and French bread.

1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp coarse salt, divided
1/2 c Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dill weed
Mince garlic, sprinkle w half the salt, mash w side of chef knife to make into a paste. Add all ingredients together and blend with whisk until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
